As many are going to ask, let me state right from the start, the team ratings are designed with strength of schedule and normalization built in. This keeps every team on an even playing field, which I think is important for All-Time Great sets. Most importantly though, each team will still keep their “personalities” which I also feel is important. The bottom line is that all of the teams are on an equal playing field, but they will still perform as you remember them.

All of the teams are normalized for cross-era play. I think that the All-Time sets are where this game engine REALLY shines. You can directly see the impact EVERY player has on the game.
